Special Needs Child Care Resource and Referral Specialist:  to assist Maryland families who have children with disabilities or special health care needs in finding child care. The position, which involves considerable telephone work, requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and requires two years of previous work experience directly related to services for children with disabilities and/or special health care needs, preferably in a child care setting.
 
MFN is looking for a candidate who possesses:
• knowledge of social/emotional development of children,
• knowledge of various disabilities and special health care needs,
• knowledge of state child care licensing regulations and guidelines and
  the Americans with Disabilities Act, IDEA and other relevant regulations,
• knowledge of disability specific community resources, and
• excellent oral and written communication skills and customer service.

EHS Family & Community Partnership Specialist: to provide technical assistance, training, and monitoring to Maryland Family Network’s EHS Delegate programs. Successful candidate must have Master’s degree in Social Work or Human Services; professional experience managing and supporting EHS/HS programs, delivering services to young families with children 0-3, developing family & community partnerships, supervising staff, & providing group and individual training. EHS Health and Wellness Specialist: to provide technical assistance, training and monitoring to Maryland Family Network’s EHS Delegate programs. Successful candidate must have a Registered Nursing degree or Master’s degree in Health Education & be committed to the principles of EHS/HS. At least five years’ work related experience with maternal and child health, that include prenatal care, well-baby and well-child health care, health screenings and immunizations, nutrition, and related experience providing direct services and in a community-based setting.
